My experience with RealtyTrac has been quite profitable. I am an investor in the Riverside County, CA area. Your service has given me the initial information to purchase three homes in the last year. Two of these homes were purchased in the final stage, foreclosure auction, at the courthouse steps. I sold both of these homes, netting over $100,000.00 total profit for myself and my investors. One house was actually purchased, rehabbed, sold, and closed escrow in less than sixty days. The other, although it took nearly six months, I rented back to the tenants until their children finished their school year, giving me an ‘interest income’ for three months before starting the rehab process.
